Transcriptomic profiling of FACS-isolated pulmonary macrophages from mouse

This BioProject contains RNA sequencing data of lung macrophages isolated from Spp1-EGFP knock-in reporter mice treated with bleomycin to induce pulmonary fibrosis. Macrophages were sorted from lung tissue by FACS. Both bulk RNA-seq and single-cell RNA-seq were performed to characterize the transcriptional profiles and investigate the role of Spp1-expressing macrophages in lung fibrosis development. These data provide valuable insights into the cellular mechanisms of pulmonary fibrosis in this mouse model.
