RMEP cryptographic primitive family — 37-variant performance matrix (cleaned v2)

Version 1.1.0 of the RMEP performance benchmark deposit. This revision removes four internal-workflow files that were inadvertently included in v1.0.0 (record 20218255): EEMBC_INQUIRY.txt, PHORONIX_TIP_EMAIL.txt, CERTIFICATION_TRAIL.md, and README.md. The measurement data, whitepaper, comparison tables, binary tarball, and FreeTSA RFC 3161 timestamp anchors are unchanged. RMEP (Recursive Multi-substrate Encryption Primitives) comprehensive performance benchmark on AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3960X (Zen 2, 3.8 GHz). 37 unique cryptographic variants measured with 3-run median (CV 0.2-1.5%): hash family (RMH-256/512/1024/2048), cipher family (RMC-256 through RMC-65536, with security levels from 128-bit to 32 768-bit). Reproducibility: free-to-redistribute compiled binaries included (rmep-bench-1.0.0.tar.gz, 162 KB, SHA-256 03e7e5802708bf48a694835e0529f34e2d9d7e91af11e82d99c701b0607f0b28).
