This dataset contains survey responses from 368 managers and employees from public and private banks in the Iraqi banking sector. The data measures five constructs using multi-item Likert scales (1–5): Innovative HR Strategies (IHRS, 5 items), Innovative HR Technologies (IHRT, 5 items), Employee Readiness (EMR, 5 items), Organizational Support Culture (OSC, 6 items), and Employee Performance (EP, 5 items). Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using PLS-SEM in SmartPLS 4.0. The dataset supports the related article examining the mediating role of employee readiness and the moderating role of organizational support culture in the HRM innovation–performance relationship within the context of digital transformation.
