Chemostat manuscript dataframe

1) 'Chemostat Turnover and Deviation from Steady State.xlsx' - Contains all dilution rate and optical density measurements, as well as calculated volume-adjusted turnover times, inferred doubling times, and percent deviation from steady-state. <br>2) 'Saci Chemostat Data Compilation.xlsx' - Contains all lipid data (exported directly from Agilent MassHunter software). Ring index values are calculated from GDGT peak areas for all chemostat samples processed to date.
