Supporting dataset for "Global correction of optical distortions in single-molecule microscopy using Zernike polynomial gradients"

The associated publication describes the use of a Python package, Naclib, to implement S/T Polynomial Decomposition (STPD) correction of single-molecule microscopy images.<br>The Naclib library is available on Gitlab (linked below).<br>The data in this repository allow recapitulation of the results in the publication, with some processing.
