Emergent factors of cardiovascular risk epidemiology and global cardiovascular risk

<strong>Introduction:</strong> They risk factor´s determine clinical important implications for cardiovascular prevention. <strong>Objective</strong>: To determine cardiovascular risk factors emerging epidemiology and cardiovascular global risk. <strong>Method:</strong> An observational, analytical, longitudinal, retrospective, of series of cases research from the individual´s with background of disease cardiovascular evaluated in the cardiology consultation of the Darío Calzadilla Angulo, health area Banes municipality, Holguín province, from May 2021 - May 2022. A sample composed of 77 cases was obtained by simple random sampling. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied. The statistics were used: Chi-square test, Odds Ratio (OR), and confidence interval. The variables analyzed included sex, age, risk factors, disease cardiovascular, correlated diseases, and risk global cardiovascular. Bioethical principles were fulfilled. <strong>Results:</strong> They age groups 60-69 years (37.7 %) and 40-49 years (26 %) prevailed. The female sex predominated (59.7 %). The miocardiopathy ischemic clinical forms (45 %) and arrhythmias (27.3 %) showed bigger incidence. The correlated diseases expressed statistical significant association (X²=194.5 p=0.000) for disease cardiovascular, to predominance of hypertension (74 % OR=8.12) with incremented risk, obesity (31.1%) and diabetes mellitus (27.7 %). Risk factors cardiovascular emerging they expressed statistical association very significant for cardiovascular disease (X²=165.2 p=0,000) to predominance of family record (53.2% OR=1.3), triglycerides (35%) and cholesterol (31.1 %). Cardiovascular global risk express statistical association very significant for cardiovascular disease (X²=154 p=0.000) with preponderance of low (33.7%) and moderate risk (27.7%). <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Cardiovascular risk factors emerging, the family record and the numbers lifted of triglycerides and cholesterol worked out of relevance. Cardiovascular global risk low and moderate was preponderant.
