soil, water and Gut metagenome

The experiment was conducted in the spring of 2022 from April to June in GongDao Town, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The soil type is diligent soil with viscous texture. The intestinal sample was taken from Procambarus clarkii. Use a plexiglass water sampler to collect 10L water samples from 0 to 50cm depth at 3 randomly selected points in the ring ditch, edge and field of the paddy field. The sediment samples were collected from 0 to 10cm depth at 3 random points in the ring ditch, the margin and the field with Peterson's mud sampler.
