DEF cells infected with NDV II

To investigate the role of gene expression during Newcastle disease virus (NDV) infection.The NDV GM strain was used to infect DEF cells with 1moi, while an uninfected group was set up as a control. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of NDV infected DEF cells and normal cells. The control groups were DN-1, DN-2, and DN-3, while the experimental groups were DK-1, DK-2, and DK-3. NDV was used in the experimental group infected at 1 MOI, and samples were collected at 9 h post infection along with the control group for sequencing.
