Transcriptomics analysis of the metabolic mechanisms of static magnetic field exposure in M. magneticum AMB-1

We attempted to understand the metabolic mechanism of SMF toward AMB-1 at gene expression levels using the transcriptomic analysis, which could help evaluate environmental adaptions of AMB-1 under magnetic fields.
