Root tissues of Fusarium wilt-resistant cotton cultivar (Gossypium barbadense '06_146') and susceptible cultivar (G. barbadense 'Xinhai_14') were collected at 0 h, 2 h, 12 h, and 48 h post root inoculation with Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum. Integrated analysis of single-cell transcriptome sequencing and bulk RNA sequencing data was performed to identify key genes associated with Fusarium wilt resistance. This multi-omics approach enables comprehensive exploration of spatiotemporal transcriptional dynamics and cell type-specific responses during cotton-pathogen interactions.
