Gene expression data in mouse fetal lungs

Microarray data of mouse postnatal lungs between day 1 and 6 weeks of age. The results provide a general insight into the gene expression profile during the alveolar phase of lung development. We obtained lung tissue of healthy postnatal mice, 4-5 replicates at each time point. Time points were day1, day4, day7, day14, and day 42.小鼠出生后第1天至6周龄期间的肺组织微阵列（Microarray）数据。本数据集可为肺发育肺泡期的基因表达谱提供全面认知。我们采集了健康新生小鼠的肺组织，每个时间点设置4至5个生物学重复样本。所采用的时间点分别为第1天、第4天、第7天、第14天及第42天。
