This collection comprises images and GIS data from an archaeological evaluation of land at Shiplake Village, Reading Road carried out by Cotswold Archaeology in July 2021. A total of 17 trenches were excavated and the evaluation demonstrated that the site was affected by periglacial processes leading to weathering of the chalk bedrock and formation of coombe rock that was later covered by gravel deposits. A single ditch terminus, containing a posthole, was encountered within the northern part of the site
