Supporting data for: Chromosome-scale genomes of Dugesia reveal contrasting modes of genome size evolution and structural stability in flatworms

This upload contains genome assemblies, protein, CDS fastas and pertinent structural and functional annotations of four species of Dugesia (Platyhelminthes, Tricladida, Dugesiidae). Genome assemblies The respetive genome assemblies are deposited as FASTA files with the given species name followed by suffixes *asm.fasta. Genome annotations Structural genome annotations are deposited as gff3 files. Functional annotations are deposited as tsv tables. Additional files Multifastas containing the inferred sequences of largest protein isoforms (aa) and their respective CDS (dna) sequences are deposited as FASTA files with suffixes *.proteins.fasta and *.cds.fasta respectively.
