To determine how ARID1A loss might regulate gene expression, we performed RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) on islets isolated from control and Arid1a knockout (KO) mice at baseline and 6 days after 50% pancreatectomy (PPx). Overall design: In vivo RNA-Seq on islets isolated from 3 months old male control and Arid1a KO mice at baseline and 6 days after PPx (Pre-PPx: 2 Arid1aFl/Fl control and 5 Arid1aFl/Fl; UBC-CreERT2 mice, Post-PPx: 2 Arid1aFl/Fl control and 2 Arid1aFl/Fl; UBC-CreERT2 mice)
