Scripts for calculating the average values of DTI and NODDI metrics

This is an in-house python script to compute the mean DTI and NODDI metrics values over the tract by averaging the measurements from all sampling points of all fibers.这是一款内部Python脚本，可通过对所有神经纤维的全部采样点的测量值求取平均，计算单条神经纤维束的弥散张量成像（Diffusion Tensor Imaging, DTI）与神经突方向分散和密度成像（Neurite Orientation Dispersion and Density Imaging, NODDI）指标的均值。
