Nothobranchius furzeri Quant-seq RNA and Long-read sequencing data

We profiled the telencephalic transcript expression of young adult and aged killifish using bulk RNA-seq to characterize the aging-induced molecular alterations. We also performed PACBIO Iso-sequencing of young and aged telencephalon. This full-length transcript dataset specific to the killifish telencephalon will improve gene annotations and expression information for future functional genomic studies in this biogerontology model.
