Through ecological network analysis, we summarized the responses of bacteria, fungi, and archaea to grazing and pika interference. Bacterial and fungal networks were less stable than archaeal networks. Under the interference, bacteria and fungi cooperated across domains, while archaeal and bacterial communities competed with each other. Grazing and pika disturbance reduced the ecosystem versatility was not as obvious as that of pika disturbance. Bacteria, fungi, archaea had different strategies responding to The formation of a new mound reduced the ecosystem multifunctionality.
