Full replication package. Contains the compiled province-year panel (master_panel_m11.csv), a README with data dictionary, the Python data-preparation script (prep_M11.py), the R analysis script that reproduces all tables and figures (m11_analiz.R), and the province-boundary file for the map (tr_iller.geojson). Indicators compiled from the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health (SİNA) and the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat).
