Effects of quercetin on intestinal microflora and transcriptome of freshwater dark sleeper Odontobutis potamophila

The objective of this article is to analyses how the long term exposure of 5 mg L quercetin may impact the transcriptomics of O.potamophila , as well as their potential interrelation. Deeper understand of which bacterial phylotypes were affected and possible effects at functional level. These findings provide reference data to advance the understanding of the effects of quercetin on freshwater organisms
