高效氯氟氰菊酯对害虫和螨类具有强烈的触杀和胃毒作用,有渗透性而无内吸作用,可有效地防治鳞翅目、鞘翅目、半翅目和螨类害虫。其性质稳定,耐雨水冲刷。可防治果树、蔬菜、棉花、烟草、玉米等作物的棉铃虫、棉红铃虫、棉蚜、玉米螟、柑橘潜叶蛾、介壳虫若虫、叶螨、卷叶蛾类幼虫、食心虫、蚜虫,小菜蛾、甘蓝夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、烟青虫、菜螟、菜青虫,对蚊、蝇等卫生害虫也有效。数据采集,随机抽取每个菜棚花椰菜成品,对该成品进行高效氯氟氰菊酯残留量检测。数据判定:若高效氯氟氰菊酯实测值不大于覆盖0.1mg/kg,则该成品合格,X=(A2*C*V)/(A1*m),公式中,X为样品中高效氯氟氰菊酯总含量(mg/kg), C为测定用标准溶液浓度(mg/L);V为测定时样品最终定容体积(mL);A1为标准品两异构体峰面积之和;A2为样品两异构体峰面积之和A2;m为样品质量(g)。
Lambda-cyhalothrin has strong contact and stomach toxicity against pests and mites. It exhibits permeability but no systemic action, and can effectively control pests from Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Hemiptera and mites. It is stable in properties and resistant to rain wash. It can control pests such as cotton bollworm, pink bollworm, cotton aphid, corn borer, citrus leafminer, scale insect nymphs, spider mites, leafroller larvae, fruit borers and aphids on fruit trees, vegetables, cotton, tobacco, maize and other crops; it is also effective against sanitary pests including mosquitoes and flies. Data collection: Mature cauliflower heads were randomly sampled from each greenhouse, and the lambda-cyhalothrin residue content in these samples was detected. Data determination: If the measured lambda-cyhalothrin value is no greater than 0.1 mg/kg, the sample is considered qualified. The calculation formula is X = (A2 × C × V) / (A1 × m), where X is the total lambda-cyhalothrin content in the sample (mg/kg), C is the concentration of the standard solution used for determination (mg/L), V is the final constant volume of the sample during the determination process (mL), A1 is the sum of the peak areas of the two isomers of the standard substance, A2 is the sum of the peak areas of the two isomers of the sample, and m is the mass of the sample (g).
