Sample list and NGS data from all locations of former mining sites in the Czech Republic

These data include sequencing raw data of samples collected from different localities from former mining sites in the Czech Republic (each subforder includes data from one locality). These encompass ASV table (result from next generation sequencing), list of samples collected on a locality and list of bacterial and fungal isolates from this locality acquired with different media, as indicated in the table. List of isolated fungi and their cultivation appearance. Chemical analysis of liquid and solid samples as determined by ICP-MS.
