Rethinking Cyberloafing in the Modern Workplace

This dataset includes anonymized responses from 322 full-time employees across Finance, IT, and Telecom sectors in India and Dubai, collected between November 2024 and February 2025. The data supports the manuscript titled "Rethinking Cyberloafing in the Modern Workplace: A Study on Balancing Distraction and Innovation". The dataset includes responses on job demands, stress, boredom, cyberloafing behaviours, cognitive flexibility, creativity, and productivity, and was used for structural equation modeling. All participants provided informed consent. No identifying information is included.
