Acne vlugaris (pumch)

A 21-year-old male patient with acne vulgaris before and after treatment. A. Multiple nodules and cysts were seen on the face. B. After taking 20 mg/d of oral isotretinoin and 1 g/d of erythromycin, the lesions improved significantly, and cysts and nodules were both disappeared. C. The most severe lesion before treatment was cyst, and the clinical grading was severe (Grade Ⅳ). D. The most severe lesion after treatment was inflammatory papule with a clinical grading of Grade Ⅱ. E. Pre-treatment ultrasound showed a pseudocyst of approximately 11 mm-sized in the dermis with poorly defined borders and uneven internal echogenicity (SSSA-Grade Ⅲ). F. Although the lesion had significantly reduction after treatment, ultrasound still showed a pseudocyst of about 6mm (SSSA-Grade Ⅲ). G.H. Schematic diagrams of the most severe lesion before and after treatment.本数据集包含1例21岁男性寻常痤疮（acne vulgaris）患者治疗前后的相关资料，具体如下： A. 面部可见多发结节与囊肿样皮损。 B. 予口服异维A酸（isotretinoin）20mg/d、红霉素（erythromycin）1g/d治疗后，皮损显著改善，囊肿与结节均已消失。 C. 治疗前最严重皮损为囊肿，临床分级为重度（Ⅳ级）。 D. 治疗后最严重皮损为炎性丘疹，临床分级为Ⅱ级。 E. 治疗前超声检查示真皮层内可见大小约11mm的假性囊肿，边界不清，内部回声不均匀（SSSA-Grade Ⅲ）。 F. 尽管治疗后皮损显著缩小，超声仍可见大小约6mm的假性囊肿（SSSA-Grade Ⅲ）。 G、H：治疗前后最严重皮损的示意图。
