The fecal microbiome of Salmo trutta (Brown Trout) from Denmark that Display Partial Migration

Fecal samples were collected from Brown trout fish collected from the Gudso stream in east-central Jutland, Denmark. Samples were collected during the migratory decision window of juveniles with the intent of determining whether the microbiome affected migratory status. 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing was used in this study for microbiome characterization.
