Sleep promotion by peanut stem and leaf in mice prefrontal cortex

Transcriptome analysis of RNA extracted from prefrontal cortex of mice was performed to assess the regulation of gene expression. Eight-week-old BAL b/c male mice in the third set of animals were intragastric administrated with DF, ML, FA, LA (four compounds in peanut stem and leaves) or vehicle for 3 days, 6 days, 9 days, 12 days or 15 days (n=4 for each group at every time point).
