Dataset for calculating Ki67 intratumoral heterogeneity and CD8 immunogradient indicators in patients with estrogen receptor-positive HER2-negative (ER+HER2–) and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC)

This archive contains version 1 of the dataset used in the publication titled “Spatial distributions of CD8 and Ki67 cells in the tumor microenvironment independently predict breast cancer-specific survival in patients with ER+HER2– and triple-negative breast carcinoma,” published in PLOS ONE, 2024. The dataset is utilized for the calculation of Ki67 intratumoral heterogeneity and CD8 immunogradient indicators in patients with estrogen receptor-positive HER2-negative (ER+HER2–), and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). There are five files included: Ki67_hexagonal_data_v1.xlsx, CD8_hexagonal_data_v1_part1/2/3.xlsx, and Primary_variables_v1.xlsx.
