资源简介:
This replication dataset accompanies the manuscript “Unpacking the Links between Conflict and Child Health: Evidence from a Foreign Insurgency” and contains all data and code necessary to reproduce the empirical results reported in the paper. The dataset integrates three nationally representative household surveys from Cameroon (DHS 2004, DHS 2011, MICS 2014), the 2018 DHS for long-term robustness analyses, and georeferenced conflict event data from ACLED, harmonized at the cluster level. It includes constructed measures of children’s anthropometric outcomes, exposure to Boko Haram–related conflict (fatalities within specified distance radii and time windows), and relevant covariates used in the paper. The replication package provides cleaned analysis files, do-files for data construction and estimation, and metadata describing variable definitions and merging procedures. Its purpose is to enable full transparency of our empirical strategy and to facilitate verification, reuse, and extension by other researchers working on the impacts of conflict on child health and human capital.
