A Review of Global bedrocks (234U/238U) Disequilibrium: Implications on U-series Applications in inferring Earth Surface Processes

This dataset consists of secondary data collected from past studies and primary data obtained from the present study tabulated in six tables in Appendix A and two figures in Appendix B. The dataset in Appendix A consists of global bedrock sample coordinates, retrieved depth, (²³⁴U/²³⁸U) activity ratios, lithologies, sample pretreatment status, data references, local precipitation, and temperature, and etcetera. The two figures in Appendix B consist of thin-section micrographs of Huating granodiorite sample and histograms of global bedrock (²³⁴U/²³⁸U) distribution.
