Provisionally Safed Flood Areas

Provisionally secured flood zones shall be identified on the basis of flood hazard areas for a 100-year flood and shall be made public by the competent district management authority. From the date of the official publication, the restrictions contained in the law shall initially apply provisionally until this area has been officially established. As a general rule, a period of five years shall apply for the period between provisional protection and determination.
