BSR-seq of Camellia sinensis. In order to identify the key genes of 3pigallocaepigallocatechin gallate biosynthesis, 24 high 3pigallocaepigallocatechin gallate and 24 low 3pigallocaepigallocatechin gallate individuals in the Jinxuan hybrid Zijuan F1 population were selected,and two extreme pools (pool H/L) were constructed for bulked segregant RNA sequencing (BSR-Seq).
