Datasets and models used for the papers: ' Does scale matter? How local sourcing of food affects land use in circular food systems in the Netherlands.' & 'The environmental impacts of the scale of circularity in food systems'<br>Includes the calculation procedures for: Classification of the biophysical production environment into suitability zonesCalculation of zone-specific crop yields and N flows for a range of food and feed cropsAssessment of the impacts of local (provincial) sourcing of food on land use, N losses and GHG emissions in circular food systems in the Netherlands<br>Note that feed data used in the study is confidential and is therefore not included in the database, which could impede (parts of) the model from running. Also, scripts on results processing for Phosphorus were unfinished, as they were not used for the paper, and therefore omitted.
