The SCR v3.0+ PowerPod dataset contains engineering documentation, Monte Carlo simulation outputs, thermal analyses, validation procedures, master-sweep studies, and reproducibility materials for a resonant inductive wireless power transfer concept operating at 6.78 MHz. The project investigates a 2–10 W GaN-based resonant wireless power architecture using matched 2 µH transmitter and receiver coils with 275 pF C0G/NP0 capacitors and planned NanoVNA validation procedures.
