Gene expression of liver tissue from Pcyt2 mice

Pcyt2 defient mice has metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance. We used microarray to study the gene expression of these mice to understand the global program of gene expression underlying the metabolic syndrome, obesity and insulin resistance. 2 month-old Pcyt2 deficient mice and age matched control mice liver tissues were chosen for RNA extraction and gene expression using Affymetrix microarray.Pcyt2缺陷小鼠可表现出代谢综合征（metabolic syndrome）与胰岛素抵抗（insulin resistance）。为解析代谢综合征、肥胖及胰岛素抵抗相关的全局基因表达调控程序，本研究采用基因芯片（microarray）技术分析该类小鼠的基因表达谱。本研究选取2月龄Pcyt2缺陷小鼠与同年龄匹配的对照组小鼠的肝脏组织，开展RNA提取，并采用Affymetrix基因芯片进行基因表达检测。
