Evaluation of TSTEM-like CAR-T cells

This study explored the difference in gene expression by conventional vs TSTEM-like CAR-T cells. TSTEM-like CAR-T cells showed increased expression of genes associated with progenitor memory T cell differentiation and proliferation. In contrast, conventional CAR-T cells were enriched for genes associated with effector T cell differentiation and exhaustion. Overall design: Conventional and TSTEM-like CAR-T cells were produced from three healthy donors, RNA extracted and RNAseq performed as per the methods section in Meyran D et al Science Translational Medicine 2023.
