Lung cancer mortality is mainly attributed to the recurrence after chemotherapy. Reactivated dormant cancer cells after chemotherapy are the course of cancer recurrence and metastasis. However, the molecular alterations driven by the therapeutic selection are poorly understood. Here, we performed pacbio SMRT sequencing to elucidate the alteration of gene structure.
