We investigate the transcriptional changes caused by the knock-out of neuropathy linked gene CHCHD2. Overall design: Two independent controls (independent differentiations) of the same control are used to compare alternations caused by the loss of CHCHD2 in the same background. All cell lines are derived from the same control iPSC. Each sample has 4 replicates. Please note that the control raw data from GSE133763 study is being re-analyzed as indicated in the corresponding sample description field.
