scRNAseq studies of pMHCII-NP-induced Tet+ cells with different epitope specificities

SMARTseq2 scRNAseq analysis was performed on Tet+ induced with 3 different epitope specificities (BDC2.5mi/IAg7, FLA2(462-472)/IAb and FLA2(501-515)/IAb) to study transcriptional homogeneity and clonality to different pMHCII-NPs and in different genetic backgrounds (NOD, B6) Overall design: Treatment of NOD mice with BDC2.5mi/IAg7-NPs or B6 mice with FLA2(462-4742)/IAb- or FLA2(501-515)/IAb-NPs to induce Tet+ cells and perform scRNAseq studies
