该数据为依据《市公共信用信息目录》归集、治理、整合全市行政处罚数据产生，过程中分别为我市、区信源单位建立行政处罚目录，并为目录设定字段级、表级、目录级校验规则，先后经过归集、整合、清洗、关联等步骤。This dataset is generated by collecting, conducting data governance, and integrating the city-wide administrative penalty data in accordance with the *Municipal Public Credit Information Catalog*. During the development process, administrative penalty catalogs were respectively established for municipal and district-level data source units, and verification rules at the field-level, table-level, and catalog-level were formulated for these catalogs. Subsequently, the dataset successively went through a series of procedures including collection, integration, cleaning, and association.
