Time course transcriptomic analysis of cabbage (Brassica oleracea ssp. capitala L.) during vernalization

We report here NGS RNA-seqencing datasets for three different vernalization time course of Brassica oleracea plants Three different veranlization treatment to B. oleracea whole plants: NV; non-vernalization under long day photoperiod (16h light/8h dark) for two weeks, V40; vernalization in refrigerator (4°C) under short day photoperiod (8h light/16h dark) for 40 days, AV; after 40days of cold exposure, the samples were returned back to a warm termperature under long day photoperiod (16h light/8h dark) for 7 days
