Supporting data for "Nucleic Acid Aptamers for Pancreatic Cancer Serum Biomarkers"

This thesis focuses on the development of canonical and non-canonical aptamers for pancreatic cancer serum biomarkers, as well as a brief demonstration of their application on an electrochemical aptasensor. The research includes four studies in the validation of the published aptamer for common pancreatic cancer serum biomarkers, selection of canonical DNA aptamers with selective high binding for the novel pancreatic cancer serum biomarker, selection of non-canonical aptamers with selective and sensitive binding for a classic pancreatic cancer serum biomarker, and their applications for detecting serum biomarkers on the electrochemical aptasensor. All experimental data generated for the data in this thesis have been included. This dataset contains raw data collected from experimental assays (such as ELONA, EMSA, WB, flow cytometry, protein and DNA sequencing, and MS), along with process data mainly generated using GraphPad Prism and Aptasuite. All files are named according to the corresponding figures and tables in the thesis.
