Whole-genome sequences of commensal Escherichia coli isolates originating from animals and food selected within the ENGAGE-project from the strain collection of the German National Reference Laboratory for Antimicrobial Resistance (BfR)

ENGAGE envisions to establish collaboration between the public health, food and veterinary sectors across the European Union (EU). The aim is to build and enhance the use of real-time whole genome sequencing (WGS) and analysis in food safety and public health protection.
