Microbial diversity of dairy based products of different cross breeds of Western Indian Himalayas.

Milk and curd sample were taken from different animal breeds such as Goat, Cow, Yak, Zomo (cow x yak), and Germo (Zomo x yak). The microbiome composition of the milk and curd was also determined through metagenomics approach to understand the microbial diversity and abundance of various probiotic bacteria present in these naturally present in these samples.
