The RNA sequencing analysis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cell line S18 upon circWDR37 knockdown

Circular RNAs have been demonstrated to play significant roles in multiple biological processes, such as immune responses and tumorigenesis, suggesting it might be potential therapeutic targets. However, the function and mechanisms of circRNAs in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) metastasis remain largely unknown. In this study, we identified circWDR37 as a metastasis related circRNA. To further explore the underlying mechanism of circWDR37 promoting NPC metastasis, we performed RNA sequencing analysis of NPC cell line S18 upon circWDR37 knockdown. High-throughput RNA sequencing analysis was performed in the human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line S18 after transfection with control siRNA or circWDR37 siRNA.
