We investigated the impact of Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus IDCC 3201, a potential probiotic strain, on the longevity and immunity of the host using C. elegans. Through comprehensive multi-omics analysis, we established that L. rhamnosus IDCC 3201 indeed serves as a probiotic candidate capable of prolonging the host lifespan and enhancing immunity.
