Human Kidney RNA seq

Deidentified Total RNA from human kidney samples was purchased from Origene (Rockville, MD). cDNA libraries were prepared and sequenced. Samples were deemed normal by a pathologist associated with Origene. Samples were from men and women, and were either kidney cortex or contained some medulla. Overall design: Deidentified total RNA from human kidney samples that were deemed normal (no pathology) from cortex and medulla samples were obtained from Origene (Rockville, MD). 100 ng of RNA was used to generate cDNA libraries using the Illumina platform and sequenced with the Novaseq500.
