Synchrotron X-Ray Diffraction Data during Tensile Loading of a Duplex Steel containing B2 Precipitates in Ferrite_Enhanced Data Processing

This dataset contains raw and partially processed diffraction data for the dataset “Synchrotron X-Ray Diffraction Patterns during Tensile Loading of a Duplex Steel containing B2 Precipitates in Ferrite”. It supersedes Version 1, published in 2023, with significant enhancements in data processing. For instance, the automated peak fitting procedure has been improved to deconvolute closely spaced diffraction peaks pertaining to fine and coarse B2 precipitates in the tensile loading direction. In contrast to Version 1, peak fitting in Version 2 is not performed for the data in the transverse direction.
