Supporting data and R scripts for: Predictors of human RNA virus discovery in the United States, China and Africa

The file folder includes the raw data for human-infective RNA virus data in three regions, a set of spatial predictors, and codes used to generate figures and tables.
In the folder for each region, files include the cleaned version of the raw data, R codes and results for the main model, model prediction and model validation. The last folder includes R codes used to combine figures for three regions.
