Resting state functional Magnetic Resonance imaging of medetomidine and prior stimulation effects in the mice; structural data only

This dataset is supposed to be used in conjunction with the dataset available at https://doi.org/10.48610/3b35b94. Briefly, the dataset at the previously mentioned DOI contain resting-state functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (rs-fMRI) data from a number of mice but the dataset did not include structural imaging data. This dataset contains the supplemental structural imaging data. The animal IDs were matched between this dataset and the dataset at https://doi.org/10.48610/3b35b94.

The dataset includes a READ_ME text file describing a specific set processing commands to handle the orientation issues with the structural image and other minor details.
