Additional file 7. On-farm vs. in-lab Hue values. Hue values from the precision cooker experiment on-farm shown in Figure 5 and in-lab shown in Figure 6. For both LAMP experiments and PCR, cells in blue indicate positive samples and cells in white indicate negative samples. Between farm LAMP and PCR, 2 out of 3 LAMP reactions with the same result as PCR was considered agreement.
