Targeted sequencing data of paediatric ETV6::RUNX1 acute lymphoblastic leukemia, set3

CNVkit output from targeted panel sequencing data from 62 pediatric (< 18-y) ETV6::RUNX1 fusion -positive acute lymphoblastic leukemias. The data is related to the publication: Genomic determinants of therapy response in ETV6::RUNX1 leukemia.
